### What happens next

1. **Say hello.** Send the form or just email us.
2. **Free discovery call.** 30–45 minutes on your goals. If we aren’t the right fit, we say so.
3. **The Blueprint.** Fixed-fee scoping and an exact quote from the published rate card. Yours to keep, and 100% credits toward your build when you sign within 60 days.
4. **The build.** Design approval first, then a hand-coded build billed by milestone.
5. **Go live.** You sign the 12-month agreement with its 30-day exit guarantee.
6. **Grow.** Add services later. Add-ons never add a Blueprint or a build fee of their own, and the pages they need, like a blog’s on Blogging Starter and up, carry no build fee.
