Fixes, updates, configuration and custom work on pages, integrations and components, for sites we didn’t build and for past clients who’d rather not return to a monthly plan.

## Fix what’s broken, keep the rest

A good tailor also alters the suit you already own. Alterations does that for websites: a broken page, an integration that stopped working, a component that needs configuring or customizing. We fix that one thing, without asking you to rebuild or re-platform.

It’s for businesses whose sites we didn’t build, and for past clients who bought out their site’s code. Every job starts with a *Statement of Work* (SOW) showing the hours and the price, and you approve it before any work begins.

Pages, integrations, components

## What an alteration covers

- **Pages:** We repair broken layouts, update stale content and design, or build a page your current site is missing.
- **Integrations:** We reconnect, reconfigure or replace third-party tools that have drifted out of service: payments, booking, CRM, email and the like.
- **Components:** We fix, configure or customize single pieces: forms, navigation, calculators, galleries, whatever the site needs to work. (We scope each job around the problem you need fixed. You keep your hosting, your stack and your accounts; we work on the piece that needs a professional.)

**What Alterations is not**

It isn’t a monthly plan and excludes our [Add-On Services](https://techtailors.agency/services/), which only managed-site clients get. On a monthly plan? You don’t need it: unlimited edits and maintenance cover your site for the life of your monthly plan. A ground-up rebuild is a [Blueprint](https://techtailors.agency/policies/onboarding/), and we’ll say so on the scoping call.

A buy-out isn’t a one-way door. Past clients can return to a monthly plan any time, on new-client terms. That means a one-time, 12-month initial contract (even if you completed one before), then month to month, free to leave at any time like any month-to-month client.

## Two rates, set by who built the site

Starting at $175 an hour

Hourly work against the Statement of Work you approved.

- Sites we built: Including past clients working on a site they bought out. No SOW minimum. $175 an hour
- Sites we didn’t build: Unfamiliar codebases carry a learning-curve premium. 5-hour SOW minimum ($1,250). $250 an hour
